Thumbprint Cookies
Ingredients

¾ cup butter – softened
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 egg
Directions
Combine using a mixer and chill for 3 hours – make small balls – place on greased cookie sheet – indent the cookie with your thumb and fill with your favorite jam.
Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes
