4 cups Old Fashioned Oats
3 tablespoon Sesame seeds
1 cup Whole almonds roughly chopped
1 cup Whole walnuts roughly chopped
1 cup Whole macademias roughly chopped
1 cup Whole pecans roughly chopped
1 cup Whole pistachios ropughly chopped
1 cup Shredded coconut
1 cup additional shredded coconut
1 cup Golden raisons
1 cup Dried tart cherries
1 1/2 cup Light corn syrup
1/4 cup Honey
1 1/2 cup Light brown sugar
1 teaspoon Sea salt
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, salt honey and vanilla.
Mix well and add to oat/nut mixture.Thoroughly stir until well combined.
Spread mixture evenly over cookie sheets and bake for 45 minutes. Stir, bake for 30 minutes more until golden brown.
Allow air drying on sheet pans at room temperature overnight.
In a large bowl combine second measurement of coconut and dried fruit. Add baked oats and nuts and mix well. Keep stored in an air tight container at room temperature.
