Breads and Muffins
SO delicious! We get comments from our guests on a regular basis.
Servings: Makes a dozen or so depending on how large you like your scones!
30 ounces Pastry Flour
3 tablespoons Baking Powder
1/2 tablespoon Salt
8 ounces Sugar
32 fluid ounces Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
10 ounces dried fruit, soaked in heavy cream
Mix cream and fruit in one bowl.
Mix dry ingredients in a second bowl.
Add cream and fruit to the dry ingredients.
Mix until combined.
Egg wash & sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
