Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Ingredients

Servings:

5 cups of 1 day old french bread

1/2 cup of raisins

3 eggs

3/4 cup of pumpkin

11/2 cup of half and half

3tbs melted butter

1 cup brown sugar

salt , vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger

Directions

Soak the cut bread in the mix, cook for 25 minutes at 350 .

Serve with heavy cream or caramel sauce.
