Pumpkin Bread Pudding



5 cups of day-old French bread, cut into cubes

1/2 cup of raisins

3 eggs

3/4 cup of pumpkin

1 1/2 cup of half and half

3 tbs melted butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp ginger


In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the pumpkin, half and half, melted butter, brown sugar, salt, vanilla, and spices.

Soak the cut bread in the mix, add the raisins, pour into a baking pan, and bake for 25 minutes at 350° F.

Serve with heavy cream or caramel sauce.
