Oscar’s Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
Servings: 24 cookies
1 C sweet butter at room temperature
1 C light brown sugar
1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 C cocoa powder
2 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 C semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
In another bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, and baking soda and add to butter mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips and drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared pan.
Bake for 8 minutes.
