Break out your wellies and prepare to learn about the joys of Fall & Winter Food Foraging with a guided mushroom tour on our stunning 2200 acre private ranch. Package includes a four hour educational UTV excursion of the ranch, while scavenging for delicious edible mushrooms. Following the scavenger hunt, a picnic lunch will be served fireside with wine and tea, as well as the option to create and inoculate your own “mushroom log” to take home with you. Following your day in the woods enjoy the bounty of your foraging at the ranch’s tasting menu in the evening.
