Morgann has been a meditation practitioner for over 10 years with a dedicated focus on both the Vipassana and Zen traditions. Her practice led her to The Way of Tea (Cha Dao), where she began to share tea ceremonially by offering the Leaf as medicine and a means of deep connection. Mindfulness & Sound Sessions with Sara Bassindale
Sara has traveled and studied all over the world, gaining knowledge from many different cultures and traditions. She created ‘All Rhythms Wellness’ as a resource of personal empowerment offerings that help reconnect to the natural cycles of nature and self. Weaving together her training in therapeutic breathwork, yoga, qi gong, energy medicine, holistic health coaching and sound healing for an all-encompassing approach to nature-based healing. You’ve found the perfect person; now you just need the perfect location to pop the question! Book a romantic getaway at the Inn at Newport Ranch and let us coordinate the afternoon of a lifetime for you and your significant other! Included in this package is a seasonal arrangement from our garden florist, house-made bonbons and sparkling wine to be enjoyed in your suite on arrival or staged at a location and time of your choosing. During your stay enjoy a 2-hour guided UTV tour of the property, stopping along the way for a private fireside picnic lunch at our coastal-view Council Bluff or the meadow at Camp David. We also arrange a private 1-hour photoshoot with a local photographer to capture the proposal and couple’s photos around the property (includes post-edit and access to high-resolution downloads). After all the excitement, relax and unwind over a seasonal prix fixe dinner for 2. The details and locations can be customized based on your preferences and desires. Spring Whale Migration
Enjoy a two-night shore-based whale watching adventure at 10% off your room rate.
With 2200 pristine acres to explore and more than a mile and a half of private bluff front, there’s no better place to spot the annual migrating gray whales where the continental shelf drops dramatically right off our coastline. It is not uncommon to spot whales 50 yards from our sea cliffs as they travel north with their calves from mid-February through the end of April.
Let us whisk you away to a private fireside picnic at our signature coastal site, Council Bluff, complete with lunch for 2 and a bottle of wine. Bring your binoculars and blanket (or borrow ours) and snuggle up for an afternoon of watching the water and waiting to wave at the passing whales with their offspring! Upon returning to the Inn, unwind from the afternoon outing with house-signature Gray Whale cocktails by our cozy stone fireplace at the Main Inn followed by a seasonal tasting menu for two.
