Morgann has been a meditation practitioner for over 10 years with a dedicated focus on both the Vipassana and Zen traditions. Her practice led her to The Way of Tea (Cha Dao), where she began to share tea ceremonially by offering the Leaf as medicine and a means of deep connection. Mindfulness & Sound Sessions with Sara Bassindale
Sara has traveled and studied all over the world, gaining knowledge from many different cultures and traditions. She created ‘All Rhythms Wellness’ as a resource of personal empowerment offerings that help reconnect to the natural cycles of nature and self. Weaving together her training in therapeutic breathwork, yoga, qi gong, energy medicine, holistic health coaching and sound healing for an all-encompassing approach to nature-based healing. Winter storm season on the north coast creates some of the most beautiful and dramatic scenery of the year. Experience the true magic the colder season brings. Explore the weather outdoors with hikes along the coastline pathways, take a seat to enjoy the view in one of the Inn’s many benches among the Redwoods of our 2,200-acre private timber preserve and 1.5 miles of private coastline. The Storm Watch add-on package pairs your storm season holiday with a visit to our spa for relaxing hot rock massages, a chef-created culinary experience and storm season inspired happy hour, along with the welcome retreat of finishing your day curled up with a pile of books for an experience of pure relaxation. Break out your wellies and prepare to learn about the joys of Fall & Winter Food Foraging with a guided mushroom tour on our stunning 2200 acre private ranch. Package includes a four hour educational UTV excursion of the ranch, while scavenging for delicious edible mushrooms. Following the scavenger hunt, a picnic lunch will be served fireside with wine and tea, as well as the option to create and inoculate your own “mushroom log” to take home with you. Following your day in the woods enjoy the bounty of your foraging at the ranch’s tasting menu in the evening. Looking for a quiet couple’s getaway before welcoming a new little one to the family? Plan your 2 night or more stay at the Inn at Newport Ranch and add our Babymoon package for the ultimate unwind! This package features special welcome treats in room on arrival including a seasonal arrangement from our garden florist, house-made bonbons, non-alcoholic sparkling wine and a keepsake gift. During your stay we coordinate a 1-hour photoshoot with one of our talented and trusted local photographers to capture the couple’s portraits around the property (includes post-edit and access to high-resolution downloads). You’ll also enjoy a picnic lunch for two and an afternoon couple’s massage – 1 x 60-minute Swedish and 1 x 60-minute prenatal and finally unwind with a Ranch supper for two.
