Ring in the New Year with a nod to the Roaring’20s
L’Auberge Carmel invites guests to ring in the New Year and the new decade in grandiose fashion with a nod to the Roaring ’20s. The festive event will feature an elaborate strolling reception featuring delicacies from the inn’s Michelin-starred culinary team. Guests will indulge in caviar, wagyu, black truffles, shellfish towers, and sweets, each paired with still and sparkling wines befitting the grandest of fêtes. The culinary decadence will progressively build up to the final minutes of the second decade of the millennium.
