Forest bathing and forest therapy (or shinrin-yoku) is the act of taking in, in all of one’s senses, the forest atmosphere. Not simply a walk in the woods, it is the conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest. It is an antidote to our tech-filled lives, and will and inspire a reconnection to nature.

— Weekends only, forest bathing experience must be booked two weeks in advance and can accommodate up to five guests.
