The Inn offers guests an authentic historic experience and exceptional recreational and leisure opportunities. Originally Pershing Hall Bachelor Officers’ Quarters (BOQ), the building is on the National Register of Historic Properties. Built in 1903, this Classic Revival brick building is three stories high with Bay and Golden Gate Bridge views from the top floor. It features an inviting front porch, entrance hall with a grand central staircase, guest reception, living room/dining room for breakfast, light snacks and an outdoor deck with a fire pit. Also available just steps away is the Funston House. A Victorian guest cottage featuring four more bedrooms, two queen size rooms, one king size and a queen bedded suite. The Funston House has a private living room and dining room and can be rented in it’s entirety or as individual rooms.

The Lodge at the Presidio is San Francisco’s closest lodging to the Golden Gate Bridge. The 42-room, three-story hotel is housed in former US Army barracks, built between 1895-97 and exemplifies the highest standards of sustainability. The majority of the guestrooms feature stunning views of the San Francisco Bay, the city skyline, the Golden Gate Bridge, or a combination thereof. Centrally located in the heart of the Presidio, the Lodge is just steps away from the seven-acre Main Post public greens and the Presidio Visitor Center .

The Gables Wine Country Inn

Mine + Farm, The Inn at Guerneville

Mine + Farm’s well-curated collections, thoughtful design choices, and relaxed, low-key vibe offer a refreshingly modern spin on the traditional bed and breakfast experience.

 

Mine + Farm is for curious, personalized and responsible travel in the Russian River Valley. Set on nearly 3 acres of outdoor space that also houses a private design studio, we aim to cultivate a modern approach to the B&B stay: one that weaves thoughtful design choices and sustainability with friendly, non-intrusive hospitality.

 

All nine guest rooms feature premium quality cotton linens and bath towels, organic bath products in refillable dispensers, secure and robust WIFI throughout the property, and flashlights and lanterns for exploring after dark. Dogs are welcomed in the three carriage house rooms.

 

Guests can help themselves to complementary coffee, tea and filtered sparkling water from the dispenser in the guest lounge, along with on-demand, complimenatary amenitites from toothbrushes to lens wipes.  This area also houses Mine + Farm’s marketplace, which offers unique gifts made on-site in the owner’s studio as well as the handiwork of local artisans.

 

Breakfast is complimentary and hyper-local. Simple, healthy, yummy, and mainly sourced within a 12 mile radius. We happily serve Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy Free and Gluten Free alternatives. We cultivate organically grown fruit, vegetables, and cannabis on-site.

Westport Hotel

Just south of the Lost Coast on a little-traveled section of the Coast Highway, the tiny, forgotten village of Westport perches on a bluff between wooded hills and a hidden beach. The restored 1890 Westport Hotel features six upstairs rooms finished in a Victorian yet airy style, all with ocean views and private baths and some with balconies. Rates from $150 to $225 include sauna use and breakfast: early coffee, scones and fruit in your room, plus full breakfast in the parlor. The Old Abalone Pub is open for dinner Thursday through Saturday 5-9 pm and for afternoon tea on Saturdays from 3-5 pm. Our seasonal closure lasts from December 4th 2016 to February 8th 2017.

The Monte Cristo

If the walls of the Monte Cristo could talk, what stories they could tell, for this remarkable building has been a part of San Francisco since 1875. Originally built as a bordello and saloon. In the 1920s, it served as a speakeasy. When the great fire swept the city after the 1906 earthquake, homes were put to the torch on Van Ness Avenue to create a firebreak, and the Saloon not only survived, it served as a refuge for the newly post-quake homeless. Winner of top 10 Urban B&Bs worldwide, this European-style Inn is convenient to the entire city and is at the junction of three great neighborhoods, Presidio Heights, Pacific Heights, and Laurel Heights. It is in one of the oldest and best neighborhoods in San Francisco. It is two blocks to the elegantly restored Victorian shops, Vogue theatre, Zagat-rated restaurants and antique stores on Sacramento Street.
