Come Glean with us!
Food insecurity is very real. Join us in the fields, and help glean so no food is left behind.
Farm to Pantry, www.farmtopantry.org, offers the opportunity to come together, so we can cultivate good health and community, and support environmental sustainability by rescuing locally-grown food and sharing with those in need.
Stay with us May – October and spend 3+ hours on a local farm gleaning with Farm to Pantry then return to The Gables Inn for a locally sourced lunch with wine in our vineyard. The cost for lunch is $75.00 per person with a portion of the proceeds going back to Farm to Pantry.
“Farm to Pantry is committed to rescuing food that would otherwise go wasted and getting it to people in need. The food is out there; all we have to do is go get it. No one should be left behind.”
