French Toast, Pancakes and Waffles

German Pancakes

This started as an experiment which took awhile to perfect but is now getting rave reviews from our guests!


Servings: Makes 10 servings.

6 Eggs

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup Half and Half milk

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a blender, mix eggs, milk, water, flour and salt until well blended, about 45 seconds. Prepare 10 4” ramekins with spray oil. Add 1/3 cup of batter to each ramekin. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the ramekin to a plate and top with strawberries and/or bananas.
